You own your data
The records belong to the business that creates them. That is yours. This page is the plain-language version. The licence, buyout, and escrow terms sit in the agreement we sign.
Export it any time
You can take your data out whenever you want: jobs, enrolments, customers, and the other records the app holds. The export is a straightforward file, such as CSV, that opens without us in the middle.
You can export while the care plan is running, and you can export if the care plan ends. The records stay yours either way.
The same rule covers AI set up for the business. If an assistant is connected to your email, documents, or records, those records are still yours. We connect only the accounts you approve.
The code is licensed to you
You receive a licence to use the code for your business. If you later want to take the software fully in-house, there is a buyout. If you would rather a third party hold a copy of the code, we can put it in escrow.
Cloud accounts in your name, or managed hosting
There are two ways to host the app.
Accounts in your name
You hold the login to the hosting account. We have the access we need to look after the app under the care plan.
Managed hosting
We run it for you. You can still export the data, and the records remain yours.
Moving later is an export and a conversation. The care plan is how hosting and maintenance continue after the build.
